How long does it take?
Answer: The design stage can take as long as you need it to. Generally we will draw up the plan in consultation with you and make changes as needed until you are happy with the total look. Once you have paid the deposit and signed the plans your kitchen installation happens anywhere from three to six weeks depending on the products you have chosen.
What is the warranty on my kitchen?
Your kitchen has a manufacturers lifetime warranty on the hinges, hardware and drawer runners, and various warranty periods on different products you choose. If anything ever goes wrong with your kitchen be sure and call us first so we can help you.
Where do I start?
Designing a kitchen can be overwhelming. The first step is to decide where you want your sink, cooktop and fridge – the main elements of the area. Think about how you move around your kitchen when you are preparing meals, and what you would like to be within reach when cooking for example. Generally your cutlery drawers are not far from the sink and dishwasher for example.
Once you have decided on that, it is as simple as filling in the gaps with the cupboards or drawers. Our designers can help of course with the finer details.
